Rebuilding my wardrobe has resolved my anxiety about packing for a trip. I didn’t think about what to wear as much as I thought about the activities I would be dressing for. I have spent many nights alone (before this trip) in front of my mirror, trying on everything new I had bought for my wardrobe so I knew what to pack when the time came.
